A Soul's Touch
Featherlike gentleness,
Whispering hushes,
Passionate blush.
Hands held up as to cup
The essence of a simple thought,
Truth of enduring love,
Always felt deep within
Yet never claiming name,
Till you in my life came.
Catepillars metamorphis to butterfly,
Depth of beauty mine.
Lovers for all time,
Two souls searching
In passionate embrace entwine.
Birth, death, birth yet again.
Tears fertile to the soil bring
Spring of heart, heat to touch.
Two hearts once separate, incomplete
Now beat as one with love's undying heat.
