Flowers
Don't Forget Me
Like a feather floating slowly down
A soft whisper drifts in the air
Entwining its way across the sky
Searching for the heart of one who cared.

Tenderly it kisses each child’s cheek
A soft reminder of days gone by.
Stroking passed lovers lips
Broken by hearts that cry.

And so it slowly finds its way.
Gentle waves echoing across the sea
A soft whisper from deep within a heart
Pleading softly, "Please don't forget me".
